Omschrijving
Pand met geschilderde natuurstenen lijstgevel en ter hoogte van de beganegrond ontlastingsbogen boven de vensters en deurpartij. Voor de eenvoudige deurpartij ligt een stoep. Het pand bezit grotendeels zijn oorspronkelijke structuur en dateert vermoedelijk uit de 16e eeuw. Het pand wordt vanaf de kelder tot aan de zolderverdieping door een dwarsmuur in tweeën gedeeld. Alleen het kleinere voorste deel van de kelder is overwelfd. Een natuurstenen spiltrap geeft toegang tot het grotere achterste deel van de kelder. Van de oorspronkelijke kap resteert de reeks onderste schaargebinten. Daarboven is later een zeer flauw hellend zadeldak aangebracht. De voorgevel is tot aan de zolderverdieping nog oorspronkelijk. Dit deel van de gevel is in natuursteen uitgevoerd. Het linker penant is smaller dan het rechter. Het is vermoedelijk versmald als gevolg van de bouw van de naastgelegen school (nr. 33). De gepleisterde achtergevel is mogelijk gedeeltelijk nog oorspronkelijk en bezit hardstenen waterlijsten ter hoogte van de verdiepingen. De top van de gevel zal gelijktijdig met het dak zijn gewijzigd. Alleen in de grote zaal op de beganegrond zijn de moerbalken met consoles in renaissance-stijl te zien. Het pand is vooral van belang vanwege zijn architectuur- en bouwhistorische waarden die voornamelijk worden bepaald door de gevels, de oorspronkelijk structuur en onderdelen daarvan.

Description
Building with painted natural stone cornice-topped facade and at the level of the ground floor relieving arches above the windows and door section. Before the simple door section lies a step. The building retains largely its original structure and is presumably dated to the 16th century. The building is divided in two from the cellar to the attic storey by a transverse wall. Only the smaller front part of the cellar is vaulted. A natural stone spiral stair gives access to the larger rear part of the cellar. From the original roof truss structure remains the series of lowest collar tie trusses. Above this later a very shallow pitched gabled roof was installed. The front facade up to the attic storey is still original. This part of the facade is executed in natural stone. The left pilaster is narrower than the right. It is presumably narrowed as a result of the construction of the adjoining school (no. 33). The plastered rear facade is possibly partially still original and has hardstone drip mouldings at the level of the storeys. The top of the facade will have been changed simultaneously with the roof. Only in the large hall on the ground floor are the principals with renaissance-style corbels visible. The building is particularly important because of its architectural and construction-historical values which are mainly determined by the facades, the original structure and components thereof.
