Omschrijving
Voormalig raadhuis, laag gepleisterd gebouw onder tentdak, waarop een lage zeer brede (klokke ?) koepel met gezwenkte kap waarop windvaan en schip voorstellend. In de gevel twee gevelstenen: cartouche met 1598 en een schip voorstellend (wapen van Vlieland). Het raadhuis dat in 1855 vernieuwd is blijkens opschrift heeft vijf grote vensters met kleine ruiten tussen roeden.

Description
Former town hall, low plastered building under marquee roof, on which a low very wide (bell?) dome with curved roof on which weathervane and ship depicted. In the facade two facade stones: cartouche with 1598 and a ship depicted (arms of Vlieland). The town hall which was renewed in 1855 according to inscription has five large windows with small panes between glazing bars.
