Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit een gepleisterd dwarshuis en een bedrijfsgedeelte, onder een met riet gedekt wolfdak; 18e eeuw. De boerderij behoort tot de hallehuisgroep en is van het type middenlangsdeel. Het woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte worden gescheiden door een brandmuur. De oude achtergevel is in februari 1992 gesloopt. Het interieur van het woongedeelte is in het begin van de jaren '70 ingrijpend verbouwd, waarbij relatie kelder/opkamer is verdwenen. Het bedrijfsgedeelte is vijf gebintvakken lang. De eerste drie ankerbalkgebinten hebben gehakte telmerken met onderscheid tussen links en rechts. Het vierde ankerbalkgebint, evenwijdig aan de achtergevel, heeft geen telmerk. De beide dakschilden zijn in verschillende perioden verhoogd. Als gevolg hiervan is de dekbalk, evenwijdig aan de rechter zijgevel, verhoogd door het verlengen van de gebintstijlen. Description
Farmhouse consisting of a rendered transverse house and business section, under a reed-thatched half-hipped roof; 18th century. The farmhouse belongs to the hall-house group and is of the middle-longitudinal-section type. The residential and business sections are separated by a firewall. The old rear gable was demolished in February 1992. The interior of the residential section was extensively rebuilt in the early 1970s, whereby the relationship between cellar/upper chamber disappeared. The business section is five bays long. The first three anchor-beam bays have hewn carpenters' marks with distinction between left and right. The fourth anchor-beam bay, parallel to the rear gable, has no carpenters' mark. Both roof slopes have been raised in different periods. As a result, the tie-beam, parallel to the right side gable, has been raised by extending the bay posts. The farmhouse is of significance due to its characteristic main form and building-historical values.
