Driezijdig gesloten oostelijk gedeelte blijkens gevelsteen uit 1625; bredere en hogere westelijke deel onder een zadeldak met open klokkespits tussen topgevels met vlechtingen blijkens ankers uit 1681. Tot de inventaris behoren o.a.: houten beelden: Annatrits XVII; H. Antonius Abt, XVI A; H. Rochus, circa 1600; H. Hubertus, XVIIa. Schilderij de madonna voorstellend, XVIIc. Twee kerkbanken, XVIII.

Description
Chapel of St. Hubertus and Anthony Abbot. Three-sided closed eastern section according to a gable stone dated 1625; wider and higher western section under a gabled roof with open bell spire between stepped gables with wattle-and-daub according to anchors dated 1681. The inventory includes among other things: wooden figures: Anna-triad 17th century; St. Anthony Abbot, first half of the 16th century; St. Roch, circa 1600; St. Hubertus, first half of the 18th century. Painting representing the Madonna, 17th century. Two church benches, 18th century.
