24. TUIGHUIS OF ARSENAAL. (Boerenstraat 44)Stenen gebouw met verdieping en met pannen gedekte kap (1755). Het is gebouwd op een nagenoeg vierkante grondslag rond een binnenplaats. In de voorgevel drie getoogde poorten en hardstenen plint; daarboven acht ramen met luiken. De achtergevel (aan de Schuttersgracht) heeft drie getoogde poorten, een hardstenen plint en zes ramen met luiken op de begane grond en de verdieping. Boven de gevels een kroonlijst.
Van perceel 575 vallen niet onder de bescherming: een strook ter breedte van 13 meter vanaf de noordgrens en een strook ter breedte van 35 meter vanaf de zuidgrens.

24. RIGGING HOUSE OR ARSENAL. (Boerenstraat 44) Stone building with storey and roof covered with tiles (1755). It is built on a nearly square ground plan around a courtyard. In the front facade three arched doors and sandstone plinth; above it eight windows with shutters. The rear facade (facing the Schuttersgracht) has three arched doors, a sandstone plinth and six windows with shutters on the ground floor and storey. Above the facades a cornice.
Of plot 575 the following do not fall under protection: a strip with a width of 13 metres from the northern boundary and a strip with a width of 35 metres from the southern boundary.
