Pand met gepleisterde lijstgevel. Achter het pand ligt een deel van een vermoedelijk zeventiende-eeuwse waterkelder. De wanden van de kelder zijn gemetseld in donkere baksteen. De kelder is afgedekt door een gemetseld tongewelf dat is voorzien van een pleisterlaag. De boogtrommels van het tongewelf op de kopwanden van de kelder zijn eveneens gepleisterd. De kelder ligt in de tuin, direct achter de achtergevel. De kelder is toegankelijk via een verticale schacht achter Oudegracht 327.

Description
Building with rendered cornice-topped facade. Behind the building lies part of a presumed seventeenth-century water cellar. The walls of the cellar are mortared in dark brick. The cellar is covered by a mortared barrel vault that is provided with a rendering layer. The arch drums of the barrel vault on the end walls of the cellar are likewise rendered. The cellar lies in the garden, directly behind the rear facade. The cellar is accessible via a vertical shaft behind Oudegracht 327.
