Omschrijving
Sint Catharinakerk sinds 1853 Kathedraal. Laatgotische kruisbasiliek met stenen gewelven en luchtbogen op inwendige steunberen. 1470 aangevangen, schip 1551 voltooid. 1895-1900 W.waarts uitgebreid waarbij merkwaardige geveltop van 1550 getrouw gecopieerd werd. Drieklaviers orgel met vrij Pedaal, in 1903 gemaakt door M. Maarschalkerweerd. In 1939 gewijzigd door de firma Elbertse te Soest.

Description
Sint Catharinakerk since 1853 Cathedral. Late Gothic cruciform basilica with stone vaults and flying buttresses on internal supports. Started 1470, nave completed 1551. 1895-1900 enlarged to the west whereby the remarkable gable top of 1550 was faithfully copied. Three-manual organ with free Pedal, made in 1903 by M. Maarschalkerweerd. In 1939 modified by the firm Elbertse in Soest.
