Omschrijving
N.H. Kerk. Een grotendeels in steen overwelfde kruisbasiliek in Brabants gotische bouwtrant, bestaande uit schip met zijbeuken, transept en koor en enige aanbouwen. XV en XVI. Inwendig: preekstoel uit 1648 met koperen lezenaar. Doophek met koperen lezenaar. Beschilderd schotwerk voor koorafsluiting 1755. Wetsbord van 1581. a. hoofdorgel: orgel met Hoofdwerk, Bovenwerk, Rugwerk en vrij Pedaal, in 1832 gemaakt door L. van Dam voor de Galileerkerk te Leeuwarden. In 1940 verkocht aan de Hervormde Gemeente te Tholen. b. koororgel: eenklaviers orgel in 1734 gemaakt door een uit de Elzas afkomstige orgelmaker O. Reinhardt. Het orgel werd aangekocht van het Gemeentemuseum te Den Haag.

Description
Protestant Church. A largely stone-vaulted cross basilica in Brabantine Gothic style, consisting of nave with side aisles, transept and choir and some outbuildings. 15th and 16th centuries. Interior: pulpit from 1648 with brass lectern. Baptismal font with brass lectern. Painted screen for choir closure 1755. Law board of 1581. a. main organ: organ with Great, Swell, Choir and free Pedal, made in 1832 by L. van Dam for the Galileer Church in Leeuwarden. Sold in 1940 to the Protestant Church in Tholen. b. choir organ: single-manual organ made in 1734 by O. Reinhardt, an organ maker from Alsace. The organ was purchased from the Municipal Museum in The Hague.
