SCHIPPERSHUIS. Bakstenen huis met verdieping en zadeldak, aan de straatzijde afgesloten door in- en uitgezwenkte gevel in de trant der Maaslandse Renaissance. XVII. Latere ingang en vensters in segmentboogomlijstingen van Naamse steen. Links van de ingang is een ingangslatei uit 1570 ingemetseld met het symbool van de H.Geest. Zijgevel van hoofdgebouw en daarop aansluitende verbinding met achtervleugel, XVIII, met speklagen van mergel.

Description
SHIPPER'S HOUSE. Brick house with storey and gabled roof, on the street side closed off by an inset and outset facade in the manner of Maasland Renaissance. 17th century. Later entrance and windows in segmental-arch surrounds of Namur stone. To the left of the entrance an entrance lintel from 1570 is mortared in with the symbol of the Holy Spirit. Side facade of main building and attached connection with rear wing, 18th century, with decorative brick courses of marl.
