Zeer fraaie boerderij van het Staphorstse type. Uit 1822 daterende Staphorster boerderij onder rieten wolfdak met houten schoorsteen tegen rechte met gepotdekselde houten delen beklede achtergevel. Boerderij van het dwarsdeeltype op langgerekte plattegrond, opgetrokken deels uit baksteen deels uit gepotdekselde houten delen en gedekt door een rieten wolfdak met houten schoorsteen tegen rechte met hout beklede achtergevel; vlechtingen. In de voorgevel deur met bovenlicht en levensboom; terzijde respectievelijk getralied keldervenster waarboven 20-ruits opkamerraam en twee dito vensters en een 20-ruitsraam waarnaast deur als toegang tot ouderswoning; twee zoldervensters; alle met rollaagjes en luiken. Jaartalankers. In de deels uit steen opgetrokken en deels met gepotdekselde houten delen opgetrokken achter- en zijgevels baanderdeuren en staldeuren en -vensters, niet alle oorspronkelijk en sommige met gietijzeren tracering. Langs een der zijgevels eenvoudig geschulpt houten melkrek. Traditionele vroeg 19e eeuwse (1822) dwarsdeelboerderij van architectuurhistorisch belang wegens haar typisch Staphorster karakteristieken zoals langgerekte plattegrond, rieten wolfdak met houten schoorsteen tegen rechte met gepotdekselde houten delen beklede achtergevel, deels met hout beklede zijgevels, markante indeling der voorgevel en in hoofdgebouw opgenomen (voormalige) ouderswoning.

In the front facade a door with fanlight and tree of life; to the side respectively a barred cellar window with above it a 20-pane upper room window and two similar windows and a 20-pane window next to which a door as access to the parents' dwelling; two attic windows; all with roller catches and shutters. Date anchors. In the rear and side facades partly constructed of stone and partly constructed of tarred wooden parts: barn doors and stable doors and windows, not all original and some with cast-iron tracery. Along one of the side facades a simply shaped wooden milk rack. Traditional early 19th century (1822) cross-wing farmhouse of architectural-historical importance because of its typical Staphorst characteristics such as elongated ground plan, thatched half-hipped roof with wooden chimney against the straight rear facade clad with tarred wooden parts, side facades partly clad with wood, distinctive arrangement of the front facade and parent dwelling incorporated in the main building.
