De nieuwe omschrijving van het monument luidt: "Uit de 18e eeuw daterend vakwerkhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, met lage verdieping en onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok i straat). De voet en de topgevel met getoogd hardstenen venster aan de straat zijn opgetrokken in breuksteen. De lange vakwerkgevels hebben zwart stijl- en regelwerk, witgeschilderde, met leem gevulde vakken en vrij kleine en spaarzaam aangebrachte vensters; in de zuidgevel een drietal deuren. Vanwege de constructie en de vrij kleine en spaarzaam aangebrachte gevelopeningen een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde".

Description
The new description of the monument reads: "Timber-framed house dating from the 18th century on rectangular ground plan, with low upper storey and under gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles (ridge in street). The base and the gable wall with arched hard stone window on the street are constructed in rubble stone. The long timber-framed gables have black stile and rail work, whitewashed, clay-filled bays and fairly small and sparingly applied windows; in the south gable three doors. Due to the construction and the fairly small and sparingly applied gable openings a good and representative example of 18th century timber-framed construction and as such of importance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value".
