Herv. kerk.
Driebeukige, laatgotische kerk, aanvankelijk opgetrokken tegen een romaanse westpartij, die in 1681 instortte en toen vervangen is door een driezijdige sluiting. Dak in 1709 vernieuwd; klokkenkoepel 1709. Aan de zuidzijde de 16e eeuwse sacristie, met betimmering en plafond uit 1759; toegankelijk door gotische deur.
Inwendig: preekstoel, 1626. Oorspronkelijk orgel met Hoofdwerk, Rugwerk, Borstwerk en vrij Pedaal, gemaakt in 1711 door Arp Schnitger. In 1897 ingrijpend verbouwd door L. van Dam en Zonen tot orgel met Hoofdwerk, Bovenwerk en vrij Pedaal. Het Rugwerkfront bleef bij de ombouw behouden. Bij de laatste restauratie in 1987 werd de toestand van 1897 hersteld. Tevens werd achter het Rugwerkfront een nieuw Rugwerk geplaatst. Wapenborden. De klok van S. Butendiic, 1466, diam. 102 cm. is tijdens de restauratie van het moderne klokkenspel overgebracht naar het vrijstaande klokhuis (apart monumentnummer 34062). Mechanisch torenuurwerk B. Description
Reformed church.
Three-aisled, late Gothic church, initially erected against a Romanesque west section, which collapsed in 1681 and was then replaced by a three-sided closure. Roof renewed in 1709; clock cupola 1709. On the south side the 16th-century sacristy, with panelling and ceiling from 1759; accessible through Gothic door.
Interior: pulpit, 1626. Original organ with Hauptwerk, Rückwerk, Brustwerk and free Pedal, made in 1711 by Arp Schnitger. Substantially rebuilt in 1897 by L. van Dam and Sons into an organ with Hauptwerk, Oberwerk and free Pedal. The Rückwerk front was retained in the rebuild. In the latest restoration in 1987, the state of 1897 was restored. At the same time a new Rückwerk was placed behind the Rückwerk front. Heraldic panels. The bell by S. Butendiic, 1466, diam. 102 cm, was moved to the free-standing bell house (separate monument number 34062) during the restoration of the modern carillon. Mechanical church clock B.
