Description

OUTBUILDINGS around the forecourt, consisting of three wings at right angles to each other under hipped roofs (17th century, restored, altered and partly rebuilt around 1920). The northern wing rising out of the moat on the outside, erected around 1922 in 17th-century forms with half cross windows, inspired by old images, but shorter than the original wing which extended to the end of the forecourt, contains in the middle on the outside the original sandstone gate moulding with diamond patterns (17th-century), crowned in 1922 with a new pediment in which the painted arms of Wolff Metternich and Schall-Riaucour. In the western half of this wing the chapel is housed with benches and altar in 18th-century style; in connection with this a small bell tower has been added to the roof. Door and semicircular fanlight in natural stone moulding in the new end gable.

The eastern wing (largely 17th-century, the roof from around 1920) has in the middle a gateway passage to the back courtyard with a sandstone moulding on the front and back sides, in the east gable flanked by five stable doors with similar mouldings.

The southern wing is likewise largely 17th-century, but shortened around 1920 at the end and converted into a dwelling; roof from around 1920, door and semicircular fanlight in natural stone moulding in the end gable from that time.
