Verdedigingswerk, onderdeel van de vesting Sluis. Restanten van de uitbreiding van de vesting uit 1699 tot 1702. Aan de westzijde van de stad, omvattend het fort Groot Pas met kroonwerk, het fort Klein Pas met hoornwerk en de tussenliggende wal. Restanten uitbreiding vestingwerken uit 1699-1702 aan de zuidzijde van de vesting, inclusief ravelijn Overijsel. Aan de oost- en noordoostzijde van de vesting de restanten van de ravelijnen Gelderland, Holland en Zeeland met tussenliggende verdedigingswal.

Description
Fortification, component of the fortress Sluis. Remains of the expansion of the fortress from 1699 to 1702. On the west side of the city, comprising the fort Groot Pas with crown work, the fort Klein Pas with hornwork and the intervening wall. Remains of expansion fortifications from 1699-1702 on the south side of the fortress, including the ravelin Overijsel. On the east and northeast side of the fortress the remains of the ravelins Gelderland, Holland and Zeeland with intervening fortification wall.
