Uit omstreeks 1700 daterend, twee vakken breed SCHUURGEDEELTE onder rode muldenpannen gedekt zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan de straat, dat doorloopt over het ten noord-westen ervan gelegen, niet onder de bescherming vallende woongedeelte.
Vanwege de fraaie en gave constructie een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 17e/18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Dating from circa 1700, two bays wide BARN SECTION covered with red curved-pan gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the street, which continues over the dwelling section situated to the north-west of it, not falling under protection.
Because of its fine and intact construction a good and representative example of 17th/18th century timber-frame building and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
