Omschrijving
Uit de 18e eeuw daterend VAKWERKHUIS met bakstenen schuur, op L-vormige plattegrond, met lage verdieping en onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt omlopend zadeldak.
Het woonhuis heeft een bakstenen voet, geheel witgeschilderde gevels met zwarte plint en met leem gevulde vakken; in de oostgevel een venster met luik op de begane grond en twee 4-ruits vensters op de verdieping; in de noordgevel twee tweelicht-vensters met 6-ruits draairamen en luiken en een deur met 3-ruits bovenlicht op de begane grond en twee 4-ruits vensters op de verdieping.
Het aan de westzijde, haaks hierop aansluitende schuurgedeelte is, met uitzondering van de witgeschilderde oostgevel met zwarte plint, opgetrokken in schoon metselwerk.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm en de gaafheid een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Dating from the 18th century HALF-TIMBERED HOUSE with brick barn, on an L-shaped plan, with low storey and covered throughout with blue Dutch tiles under a gabled roof.
The residential building has a brick base, entirely whitewashed facades with black plinth and bays filled with clay; in the east facade a window with shutter on the ground floor and two 4-pane windows on the upper storey; in the north facade two two-light windows with 6-pane casements and shutters and a door with 3-pane fanlight on the ground floor and two 4-pane windows on the upper storey.
The barn section adjoining on the west side, at right angles to this, is, with the exception of the whitewashed east facade with black plinth, built in fair-faced brickwork.
Because of the construction, the principal form and the integrity, a fine and representative example of 18th century half-timbered construction and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
