Omschrijving
Uit de 18e eeuw daterend VAKWERKHUIS met verdieping, op rechthoekige plattegrond, onder met hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok I straat) en met tegen de noordgevel aangebouwd een vakwerk schuurtje onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok I straat).
De gevels hebben grotendeels een stenen voet, met baksteen en leem gevulde vakken (vakwerk voor een klein gedeelte vervangen door baksteen) en zijn, met uitzondering van de zwarte plint en het zwarte stijl- en regelwerk van het schuurtje, wit geschilderd (geweest).
In de westgevel van het huis een getoogd 6-ruits venster, twee deuren met hardstenen drempel (en stoeptree) en twee tweelichtvensters met 6-ruits draairamen op de begane grond en twee tweelichtvensters met 6-ruits draairamen op de verdieping.
Vanwege de constructie en de hoofdvorm een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Half-timbered house with upper storey dating from the 18th century, on rectangular ground plan, under gabled roof with Dutch pantiles (ridge parallel to street) and with a half-timbered barn attached to the north facade under gabled roof with Dutch pantiles (ridge parallel to street).
The facades have largely a stone base, with brickwork and lime-filled bays (half-timbering for a small part replaced by brick) and are, with the exception of the black plint and the black posts and beams of the barn, painted (or have been painted) white.
In the west facade of the house an arched 6-pane window, two doors with hardstone threshold (and doorstep) and two two-light windows with 6-pane casements on the ground floor and two two-light windows with 6-pane casements on the upper storey.
On account of its construction and principal form a good and representative example of 18th-century half-timbered construction and as such of importance from the standpoint of archaeological and vernacular value.
