Omschrijving
KINDERHUISJE. Huisje, bestaande uit een groot vertrek met rechthoekige erker en een klein vertrek daarnaast, het geheel gedekt door een aan de voorzijde ver (ook over de erker) uitkragend rieten schilddak.
Beglaasde paneeldeur naar het grote vertrek en dito verbindingsdeur tussen de vertrekken; zevenlicht in de erker en tweelicht in de zuidelijke zijwand. De beglazing van deuren en vensters wordt gekenmerkt door een overhoeks geplaatste roedenverdeling.
Voor de voordeur een keitjesstoep (begin twintigste eeuw).

CHILDREN'S COTTAGE. Cottage consisting of a large room with rectangular bay window and a small room beside it, the whole covered by a thatch hipped roof with deep projection at the front (also over the bay window).
Glazed panel door to the large room and similar connecting door between the rooms; seven-light window in the bay and two-light window in the southern side wall. The glazing of doors and windows is characterized by glazing bars placed diagonally.
Before the front door a pebbled stoep (early twentieth century).
