Eenvoudig begin 20e-eeuws BOERDERIJ-COMPLEX bestaande uit boerderij, bakhuis en schuur, gelegen op en behorend tot landgoed 't Relaer.
Boerderij van het middenlangsdeeltype, die wordt gedekt door een oorspronkelijk geheel rieten wolfdak, voorzien van schoorsteen met bord en met windveren langs de geveltoppen; staafankers.
De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld door twee lichtgetoogde 10-ruits en twee dito 9-ruitsschuifvensters met luiken in de Rengers-kleuren; boven de vensters 1-steens strekken; halfrond keldervenster met gietijzeren tracering.
In de zij- en achtergevels verschillendsoortige deur- en vensteropeningen, waaronder eenzelfde keldervenster en twee lichtgetoogde 9-ruitsschuifvensters.
Op het erf zijn verder gelegen:Bakhuisje onder pannengedekt zadeldak met windveren en topschoorsteen.

Description
Simple early 20th-century FARMSTEAD COMPLEX consisting of farmhouse, baking house and barn, situated on and belonging to the estate 't Relaer.
Farmhouse of the central passage type, covered by an originally entirely thatched half-hipped roof, provided with chimney with board and weathervanes along the gable tops; rod anchors.
The front facade is symmetrically arranged by two light-arched 10-pane and two likewise 9-pane sash windows with shutters in Rengers colours; above the windows 1-brick stretchers; semicircular cellar window with cast-iron tracery.
In the side and rear facades various types of door and window openings, including a similar cellar window and two light-arched 9-pane sash windows.
On the farmyard are further situated:Baking house under tile-covered gabled roof with weathervanes and ridge chimney.
Arched windows with cast-iron 6-pane glazing pattern. Small barn under thatch-covered hipped roof and provided with various door and window openings.
Farmstead complex of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
