Omschrijving
Breed pand met twee verdiepingen samengesteld uit twee, midden zestiende-eeuwse HUIZEN. Het huis aan de linkerkant was van de zestiende tot en met achttiende eeuw bierbrouwerij "De Witte Laars"; het bij de brouwerij behorende woonhuis - beide onder een met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfeind (voor) en tegen gepleisterde tuitgevel (achter).
De voorgevel (tweede helft negentiende eeuw) heeft een hardstenen plint met kelderlichten, een gebosseerde, imitatie-hardsteen bepleistering, cordonlijsten, op elke etage vier vensters met T- (begane grond en eerste verdieping) en 9-ruits (schuif)ramen en een paneeldeur met bovenlicht en is afgesloten door een forse kroonlijst met consoles. In de achtergevels T- en 6-ruits schuiframen.
Inwendig
Het huis aan de rechterkant: voorhuis met vast achterhuis gescheiden door brandmuur, kelder met kruisgewelven en gordelbogen onder voorhuis; kelder met dwarstongewelf en insteekgewelven onder achterhuis; eiken moer- en kinderbinten balklagen in voor- en achterhuis; enkele midden negentiende-eeuwse stucplafonds en betimmeringen; kap met eiken dekbalkjukken, schaarspanten en vliering.
Inwendig
Het huis aan de linkerkant: voorhuis met vast achterhuis gescheiden door brandmuur; onder voorhuis kelder met tongewelf in langsrichting; onder achterhuis kelder met stalen I-balken en troggewelfjes; eiken moer- en kinderbinten balklagen; eiken spiltrap van begane grond naar zolder en negentiende-eeuwse bordestrap; enkele midden negentiende-eeuwse stucplafonds, betimmeringen en schoorsteenmantels; kap met eiken dekbalkjukken, schaarspanten met gordingen, vliering en dakbeschot.
Fraai gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
Wide building with two storeys composed of two, mid-sixteenth-century HOUSES. The house on the left side was from the sixteenth through the eighteenth century a brewery "De Witte Laars"; the dwelling house belonging to the brewery - both under a gabled roof with blue Dutch tiles with half-hipped roof (front) and against plastered spout gable (rear).
The front facade (second half of nineteenth century) has a stone plinth with cellar lights, rusticated, imitation-stone plastering, cordon mouldings, on each storey four windows with T- (ground floor and first storey) and 9-pane (sash) frames and a panelled door with fanlight and is terminated by a heavy cornice with brackets. In the rear gables T- and 6-pane sash windows.
Interior
The house on the right side: front house with attached rear house separated by firewall, cellar with cross vaults and belt arches beneath front house; cellar with transverse barrel vault and relieving vaults beneath rear house; oak main and secondary beams beam layers in front and rear house; some mid-nineteenth-century stucco ceilings and timber panelling; roof truss with oak collar-tie roof trusses, tie beam trusses and attic.
