In oorsprong wellicht 18e-eeuws, houten woonhuis op bakstenen voet, opgetrokken op T-vormige grondslag onder pannen zadeldak met ingezwenkt schild aan de achterzijde en rechte gootlijsten langs de lange zijden.
De tuitgevel aan de voorzijde bevat in het midden de ingangsdeur - voorzien van een gietijzeren roostervulling met middenornament en van een snijraam in het bovenlicht - en links daarvan een schuifvenster waarvan de negenruitsverdeling deels is vervangen door een T-raam; de licht overstekende top bestaat uit staand beschot - in tegenstelling tot het liggend beschot met messing en groef met hollijst in de meeste der overige wanden - en bevat een vierruitsvenster en geprofileerde afdeklijsten.
De linkerzijgevel bezit een stel inrijdeuren met achtlicht terzijde, een zij-ingang en rechts een negenruits-schuifvenster, dat evenals dat van de voorgevel van luiken is voorzien.
Aan de rechterzijde een uitbouw in verwante trant, met bakstenen waterput.
Achter het woonhuis een houten kaakberg uit de bouwtijd, onder pannen zadeldak tussen houten puntgevels met staand beschot; de dakpanlagen zijn hieronder doorgetrokken, vrijwel tot op de grond, en bij de twee andere zijden tot halverhoogte, boven de gepotdekselde benedenwanden.
Karakteristiek Waterlands woonhuis met kaakberg, als zodanig van belang wegens architectonische en oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
Originally perhaps an 18th-century, timber dwelling house on a brick base, built on a T-shaped ground plan under a hipped roof with a swept gable at the rear and straight gutter lines along the long sides.
The spout gable at the front contains in the centre the entrance door - fitted with a cast-iron grille filling with central ornament and a glazing bar in the fanlight - and to its left a sash window of which the nine-pane glazing bars are partly replaced by a T-frame; the slightly projecting top consists of vertical boarding - in contrast to horizontal boarding with brass and groove with moulding on most of the other walls - and contains a four-pane window and profiled roof trim.
The left side facade has a set of carriage doors with a side light, a side entrance and to the right a nine-pane sash window, which like that of the front facade is fitted with shutters.
On the right side an extension in related style, with a brick well.
Behind the dwelling house a timber cattle-shed from the building period, under a hipped roof with pointed gables of timber with vertical boarding; the roof tile courses are continued below, almost to the ground, and on the other two sides to half-height, above the limewashed lower walls.
Characteristic Waterland dwelling house with cattle-shed, as such of importance because of its architectural and archaeological value.
