Omschrijving
Noorderpolderhuis van de Schermer, gelegen aan de dijk ten noorden van Schermerhorn. Twee vleugels in elkaars verlengde, n.l. de geheel houten woning van de opzichter-bewaarder en een hoger bakstenen gedeelte met houten topgevels, getorste makelaars en een dakruitertje. Dit gedeelte bevat de vergaderzaal met rijke rococo-schoorsteenmantel. De ingang met snijraam bevindt zich in de lage vleugel. Haaks tegen de lage vleugel een achtervleugel. Los van dit complex de houten, gedeeltelijk over het water gebouwde timmerloods met opzij een zaaltje, waarin vroeger gekegeld werd. Voor het complex een gemetselde boogbrug met ijzeren balustrade. Tuinbeeldje van de Faam op hardstenen voetstuk in Lodewijk XVI-stijl. Zonnewijzer op rococo-voetstuk van hardsteen.

Description
Northern polder house of the Schermer, located on the dike north of Schermerhorn. Two wings in line with each other, namely the entirely wooden dwelling of the superintendent-custodian and a higher brick section with wooden top gables, carried makelaars and a small roof rider. This section contains the meeting room with rich rococo fireplace mantel. The entrance with cross window is located in the low wing. At right angles to the low wing a rear wing. Separate from this complex the wooden, partly water-built carpenter's workshop with beside it a room, in which skittles were formerly played. In front of the complex a brick arch bridge with iron balustrade. Garden figure of Fame on a hard stone base in Louis XVI style. Sundial on rococo base of hard stone.
