WOONHUIS met GLASATELIER gesitueerd in de tuin achter het woonhuis. Woonhuis aan de Sint Jansstraat met brede gepleisterde lijstgevel, voorzien van een rondboogpoort, segmentboogvensters en een bordes met twee trapopgangen en smeedijzeren hek, XIXa. Achter (en verbonden met) het huis een Glasatelier van Frans Nicolas uit 1877 en latere wijziging (1952) in opdracht van Max Weiss.

DWELLING HOUSE with GLASS STUDIO situated in the garden behind the dwelling house. Dwelling house on the Sint Jansstraat with broad plastered cornice-topped facade, furnished with a round-arch gate, segmental-arch windows and a stoop with two staircase approaches and wrought-iron gate, first half of the 19th century. Behind (and connected with) the house a Glass Studio by Frans Nicolas from 1877 and later alteration (1952) commissioned by Max Weiss.
