Dienstwoning bij "huis ten Donck". Verdiepingloos pand onder dwarsgeplaatst zadeldak, gebouwd 1805 blijkens een steen in het interieur; zesruitsschuifvensters met luiken en eenvoudige deur met bovenlicht. Dubbel zesruitsvenster met luiken op de verdieping.
