PAND met zolderverdieping en hoog wolfdak, blijkens een gevelsteen daterend uit 1603. Aan de Leeuweringerstraat een tot ingezwenkte gevel met kroonlijst gewijzigde trapgevel. Geprofileerde puibalk, links opkamer met negenruitsramen in de vensters. Tussen de bovenvensters, die van twaalfruitsschuiframen zijn voorzien, een gepolychromeerde en gebeeldhouwde wapensteen met het jaartal: 1603. Vier sierankers.

Description
BUILDING with attic storey and high half-hipped roof, as evidenced by a facade stone dating from 1603. On the Leeuweringerstraat a stepped gable altered to a splayed facade with cornice. Moulded fascia board, on the left a side chamber with nine-pane windows in the windows. Between the upper windows, which are provided with twelve-pane sash windows, a polychrome and sculptured heraldic stone with the date: 1603. Four ornamental wall anchors.
