WOONHUIS in gele baksteen met pannen zadeldak. Geprofileerde bakgoot op klossen met getande lijst in baksteen onder de gootklossen. 1699 in jaarankers. Tuittopgevels met vlechtingen. 6-ruits schuifvensters met rollagen. Voordeur met 4-ruits bovenlicht met kruisrozet, waarboven letteranker K. Links van de voordeur kelder; tegen rechterzijgevel regenbak. Dakkapel met frontonafdekking en kleine ruitjes.

DWELLING in yellow brick with tiled gabled roof. Moulded brick gutter on corbels with dentilled brick list below the gutter corbels. 1699 in date anchors. Spout gables with weaving. 6-pane sash windows with roller blinds. Front door with 4-pane fanlight with cross rosette, above which letter anchor K. To the left of the front door cellar; against right-side gable rain barrel. Roof dormer with pediment covering and small panes.
