Landelijk pand onder dwarsdak met hoekschoorstenen. Vensters met zes ruiten. Goede deur met bovenlicht, waarboven gevelsteentje met molen. Het pand zou een z.g. Sarrieshut of molenaarshuis zijn geweest.
