Omschrijving
Deze panden zijn beschermd vanwege het in 1525/1526 gebouwde bastion 'Stratenmakerstoren' dat zich aan de achterzijde onder deze huizen bevindt.
Het bastion bestaat uit een in beloop half-cirkelvormige gang, overwelfd en opgetrokken van laat-middeleeuwse moppen.
Het muurwerk is voorzien van schietsleuven.
Hierboven bevindt zich muurwerk, grotendeels verborgen in de 19e eeuwse bebouwing.
Afvoering
Gehele sloopvergunning verleend voor huisnummer 104 en 106.

Description
These buildings are protected because of the bastion 'Stratenmakerstoren' built in 1525/1526 which is located on the rear side beneath these houses.
The bastion consists of a passage semi-circular in form, vaulted and constructed of late medieval bricks.
The masonry is provided with loopholes.
Above this is masonry, largely hidden in the 19th century buildings.
