Omschrijving
SYNAGOGE.
Bakstenen gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, ingewijd in 1756. Zwaar beschadigd tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.
In de gevel aan de Nonnenstraat rondboogvensters en een classicistische ingangspartij met pilasters en hoofdgestel.
Links een uitbreiding uit omstreeks 1860 in de voor Joodse bouwwerken uit die periode kenmerkende quasi oosterse trant.

SYNAGOGUE.
Brick building on rectangular plan, consecrated in 1756. Severely damaged during the Second World War.
In the facade on Nonnenstraat round arch windows and a classicistic entrance section with pilasters and entablature.
To the left an extension from circa 1860 in the quasi-oriental style characteristic of Jewish buildings from that period.
