Eenbeukige, 15e eeuwse dorpskerk met westelijke toren, noorderdwarspand en vijfzijdig gesloten koor.
De toren (onderstuk ca. 1300) en de zuidwand van het schip zijn sterk verbouwd in 1877, nadat de toren reeds in 1613 wijzigingen had ondergaan.
Inwendig een houten tongewelf.
Inventaris: preekstoel (1614) met een gotische voet, waaronder fragment van een hardstenen doopvont; herenbank (XVIIIb), tekstbord en grafbord (XVIII) in gesneden omlijstingen; gebodenbord (1607 ?); vier koperen kaarsenkronen (XVII); twee rouwborden (XVII ?); koperen voorzangerslezenaar (XVIII).
In het koor een groot grafmonument voor Martinus van Barnevelt (1781) met marmeren middengedeelte, waarvoor dubbele zuilen, die een gebogen fronton met wapenschilden en buste dragen.
Fijn gemetselde zijmuurtjes, waarin deuren met gebeeldhouwde opzetstukken in aan het Lod. XIV herinnerende vormen.

Single-aisle, 15th-century village church with western tower, northern transverse section and five-sided closed choir.
The tower (lower part ca. 1300) and the south wall of the nave are heavily rebuilt in 1877, after the tower had already undergone modifications in 1613.
Internally a wooden barrel vault.
Inventory: pulpit (1614) with a Gothic base, beneath which fragment of a sandstone font; gentlemen's pew (XVIIIb), text board and epitaph (XVIII) in carved frames; commandments board (1607 ?); four brass candle crowns (XVII); two mourning boards (XVII ?); brass precentor's lectern (XVIII).
In the choir a large funeral monument for Martinus van Barnevelt (1781) with marble central section, before which double columns, which carry a curved pediment with coats of arms and bust.
Finely-mortared side walls, in which doors with carved ornaments in forms reminiscent of Louis XIV style.
