Pakhuiscomplex op scherpe hoek Koggestraat/Teerketelsteeg (in de kern zeventiende eeuw) bestaande uit: a) een dubbel pakhuis met voorgevel eindigend in twee gewijzigde punttoppen en aan de achterzijde twee puntgevels en b) een aansluitend pakhuis onder schilddak op het overschietende driehoekige terrein, met reeksen rondboogvensters en op de afgesneden hoek hijsdeuren, de naam D'FUYK en een dakkapel.

Description
Warehouse complex on acute corner Koggestraat/Teerketelsteeg (in core 17th century) consisting of: a) a double warehouse with front facade ending in two modified pointed tops and on the rear two pointed gables and b) an adjoining warehouse under hipped roof on the remaining triangular plot, with series of round-arch windows and on the cut-off corner hoist doors, the name D'FUYK and a roof dormer.
