Omschrijving
T-BOERDERIJ bestaande uit een voor- en achterhuis. De gevels met gepleisterde plint zijn opgetrokken in bruinrode baksteen in kruisverband.
De symmetrische VOORGEVEL (zuidwestgevel) met gepleisterde plint is vijf vensterassen breed met een licht risalerende middenas. De ingangspartij bevindt zich in de middenas bestaande uit een natuurstenen bordes, een niet oorspronkelijke deur met twee-ruits bovenlicht omsloten door een geprofileerde houten omlijsting met kroongestel. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een liggend, twee-ruits valraam aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een strek. Op de begane grond in de linkertravee bevinden zich twee zes-ruits schuiframen aan weerszijden geflankeerd door geklampte luiken. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een centraal geplaatst twee-ruits valraam. Alle vensteropeningen worden afgesloten door een anderhalf steens strek. Uiterst links wordt de travee afgesloten door een bakstenen hoekliseen. De rechtertravee is het spiegelbeeld van de linkertravee.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL (noordwestgevel) bestaat uit de zijgevel van het achter- en voorhuis. in de zijgevel met gepleisterde plint van het achterhuis bevinden zich twee segmentboogvormige stalramen met ijzeren roedenverdeling aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een rollaag. Uiterst rechts in de zijgevel van het achterhuis bevindt zich een rechthoekige, geklampte enkele deur gevolgd door twee zes-ruits schuiframen aan weerszijden geflankeerd door geklampte luiken ter plaatse van de keuken. Links in de zijgevel met gepleisterde plint van het voorhuis bevindt zich een B-venster aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een rollaag.
Centraal in de ACHTERGEVEL (noordoostgevel) bevindt zich een deelbare, dubbele, segmentboogvormige deeldeur. Boven de deeldeuren bevindt zich een afsteek aan de onderzijde afgesloten door een strekse rollaag. Uiterst links en rechts van de deeldeuren bevindt zich een korfboogvormige, geklampte staldeur. Links bevindt zich een doorgetrokken dakschild waaronder een houten aanbouw. Rechts in de gevel bevindt zich een klein, hoog geplaatst vier-ruits, vierkant raam.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL (zuidwestgevel) bestaat uit de zijgevel van het voor- en achterhuis. In de zijgevel van het voorhuis bevindt zich een vensteropening
Het INTERIEUR van het voor- en achterhuis is grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat bewaard gebleven met onder meer een houten gemarmerde schouw, paneeldeuren, estrekken, vloer van zwarte Namense tegels en balkenplafonds. De driebeukige deel bestaat uit ankerbalkgebinten.

T-FARMHOUSE consisting of a front and rear house. The gables with plastered plinth are built in brown-red brick in Flemish bond.
The symmetrical FRONT GABLE (south-west gable) with plastered plinth is five window bays wide with a slightly projecting central bay. The entrance section is located in the central bay consisting of a natural stone step, a non-original door with two-paned fanlight enclosed by a moulded wooden surround with cornice console. On the first floor there is a horizontal two-paned sash window closed at the top by a string course. On the ground floor in the left bay there are two six-paned sash windows flanked on either side by clamped shutters. On the first floor there is a centrally placed two-paned sash window. All window openings are closed by a one-and-a-half brick string course. The bay on the far left is closed by a brick corner lisene. The right bay is the mirror image of the left bay.
The LEFT SIDE GABLE (north-west gable) consists of the side gable of the rear and front house. In the side gable with plastered plinth of the rear house there are two segmental arch-shaped barn windows with iron glazing bars closed at the top by a roll moulding. On the far right in the side gable of the rear house there is a rectangular, clamped single door followed by two six-paned sash windows flanked on either side by clamped shutters at the location of the kitchen. On the left in the side gable with plastered plinth of the front house there is a B-window closed at the top by a roll moulding.
Centrally in the REAR GABLE (north-east gable) there is a bifold, double, segmental arch-shaped bifold door. Above the bifold doors there is a water course closed at the bottom by a string course roll moulding. On the far left and right of the bifold doors there is a basket arch-shaped, clamped barn door. On the left there is a continued roof shield under which a wooden extension. On the right in the gable there is a small, high-placed four-paned, square window.
The RIGHT SIDE GABLE (south-west gable) consists of the side gable of the front and rear house. In the side gable of the front house there is a window opening
The INTERIOR of the front and rear house has been largely preserved in its original state with, among other things, a wooden marbled fireplace, panelled doors, string courses, floor of black Namur tiles and beam ceilings. The three-aisle section consists of anchor beam trusses.
