Omschrijving
Boerderij "Abtdij" overblijfsel van een middeleeuwse bouwhof der St. Paulusabdij te Utrecht. Rechthoekig woonhuis, gedeeltelijk gepleisterd, onder zadeldak. Gewijzigd in 1895. Het rechterdeel van het huis is opgetrokken uit middeleeuws muurwerk en is onderkelderd. In de rechter zijgevel twee smalle vensters met ontlastingsboogjes. In de voorgevel vensters met zesruitsramen. 19e eeuwse achtervleugel, parallel aan het voorhuis. Voorts links een door pannen wolfdak gedekt, gepleisterde schuur, 18e eeuw (?). Rechts achter het hoofdgebouw een bak- en zomerhuisje vermoedelijk uit de 19e eeuw. Rechts voor het hoofdgebouw, in het verlengde van het voorhuis een tuinmuur vermoedelijk uit 1895. Voor het woonhuis en de stal als erfafscheiding met de Akkersestraat een smeedijzeren hek uit het eind van de 19e eeuw.

Description
Farmhouse "Abtdij" remnant of a medieval farmyard of the St. Paulusabdij at Utrecht. Rectangular residential house, partly plastered, under gabled roof. Modified in 1895. The right part of the house is built of medieval masonry and is cellared. In the right side gable two narrow windows with relieving arches. In the front gable windows with six-paned lights. 19th century rear wing, parallel to the front house. Furthermore to the left a plastered barn roofed with a half-hipped tile roof, 18th century (?). To the right behind the main building a bakehouse and summer house presumably from the 19th century. To the right in front of the main building, in line with the front house a garden wall presumably from 1895. In front of the residential house and barn as boundary demarcation with the Akkersestraat a wrought-iron gate from the end of the 19th century.
