Omschrijving
Burgerweeshuis, bestaande uit twee t.o.v. elkaar haaks geplaatste vleugels. Het linkergedeelte heeft een voorgevel met ankerjaartal 1638, vensters met gave zeslichts kruiskozijnen - met glas-in-lood, luiken en diefijzers en tweelichtkozijnen, onder verdiepte boogvelden. Inwendig gotiserende sleutelstukken en maskerconsoles, XVII b. De ander vleugel heeft een eenvoudige puntgevel aan de straat, bekroond door een ijzeren kruis met windvaan.

Description
Civic orphanage, consisting of two wings placed at right angles to each other. The left section has a front facade with anchor year 1638, windows with preserved six-light cross windows - with stained glass, shutters and theft-bars and two-light windows, under recessed arch fields. Internally Gothic-style tie beams and mask consoles, second half of 17th century. The other wing has a simple pointed gable to the street, crowned by an iron cross with weathervane.
