Omschrijving
Koetshuis (behoort bij Voorstraat 31) met verdieping en door pannen gedekt schilddak, evenwijdig aan de straat. Aan de straatzijde drie rechthoekige inrijdeuren, waarboven een hooiluik, geflankeerd door twee vensters met zesruitsschuiframen. In de gevel aan de tuinzijde vensters met twaalfruitsramen. Eerste helft negentiende eeuw.

Carriage house (belongs to Voorstraat 31) with intermediate storey and tile-covered hipped roof, parallel to the street. On the street side three rectangular carriage doors, above which a hayloft, flanked by two windows with six-pane sash windows. In the gable on the garden side windows with twelve-pane windows. First half of the nineteenth century.
