Hoekhuis Balans. Trapgevel met natuursteen aan de zijde van de Balans. Langsgevel aan de Wagenaarstraat met natuurstenen plint, alsmede natuurstenen kruiskozijnen en waterlijsten. Boven de benedenvensters halfronde ontlastingsbogen met spaarvelden. Muurankers XVI-XVII. Voordeuromlijsting begin XIX.

Description
Corner house Balans. Stepped gable with natural stone on the side of the Balans. Long facade on the Wagenaarstraat with natural stone plinth, as well as natural stone cross windows and drip mouldings. Above the ground floor windows semicircular relief arches with spandrels. Ornamental wall anchors 16th-17th century. Door surround early 19th century.
