Huis genaamd "Het Witte Hardt". Lijstgevel op plint van hardsteen met zwarte banden. Kroonlijst met panelen en gesneden consoles. De vensters van de bovenste verdieping met oude roedenverdeling. Voor het middenvenster van de hoofdverdieping een balkon. Voordeuromlijsting en rozetbovenlicht. Stoep en schuin kelderluik. XVIII. Achter dit huis aan de tuinzijde een breed door leien schilddak gedekt pand met rechte gevel. Imposante voordeuromlijsting, waarboven een met snijwerk omgeven venster. In de lijst gesneden consoles. Drie getoogde dakkapellen met zijwangen. Dit pand sluit ook de huizen Rouaanse Kaai 31 en 33 aan de achterzijde af.

Above the central window of the main storey a balcony. Front door frame and rose fanlight. Stoep and sloped cellar hatch. 18th century. Behind this house on the garden side a building covered by a broad slate hipped roof with straight facade. Imposing front door frame, above which a window surrounded by carved work. In the moulding carved consoles. Three arched roof dormers with side cheeks. This building also encloses the houses Rouaanse Kaai 31 and 33 at the rear.
