Omschrijving
Blauwe of Gistpoort. Poortgebouw vroeger het Abdijcomplex afsluitend aan de oostzijde, doch thans door particuliere woningen ervan gescheiden. Hoofdgevel aan de Sint Pieterstraat en een eenvoudiger gevel, doch eveneens met natuursteen bekleed, aan de zijde van de Korte Giststraat. Zadeldak tussen bakstenen zijtrapgevels. Voorgevel bekleed met arduinsteen in rijke laat-gotische trant. In de drie muurnissen boven de geprofileerde doorgangspoort zijn plm 1960 moderne beelden geplaatst.

Description
Blue or Yeast Gate. Gate building formerly closing off the Abbey complex on the east side, but now separated from it by private dwellings. Main facade on Sint Pieterstraat and a simpler facade, but likewise clad with natural stone, on the side of Korte Giststraat. Gabled roof between brick stepped gables. Front facade clad with arduin stone in rich late-Gothic manner. In the three wall recesses above the profiled passage gate modern sculptures were placed around 1960.
