Heerenstraat 39: Vier vensterassen breed HUIS (XVII-XVIII) met verdieping onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok/straat); in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken voorgevel is afgesloten met een geprofileerde kroonlijst en heeft op de verdieping banden en in de ontlastingsbogen blokken van natuursteen; in de voorgevel staafankers, een kelderluik, een deur met snijlicht en gebogen kalf, en (sedert de restauratie in 1977-1978) 12- en 15-ruitsschuifvensters; in het interieur is bij de restauratie een binnenpui aangebracht afkomstig uit een in de oorlog verwoest pand aan de Lange Delft. Stoep. Heerenstraat 41: Oorspronkelijk als WOONHUIS (XVII-XVIII) gebouwd, nadien tot pakhuis verbouwd en bij de restauratie in 1977-1978 weer tot woonhuis hersteld, vier vensterassen breed pand met verdieping onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok/straat); de in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken voorgevel is afgesloten door een geprofileerde kroonlijst en heeft op de verdieping banden en in de ontlastingsbogen blokken van natuursteen; in de voorgevel staafankers en sedert de restauratie een deur met snijlicht en 21-, 24- en 35-ruitsschuifvensters.

Heerenstraat 39: Four-window-axis wide HOUSE (17th-18th century) with storey below covered with Dutch tile gabled roof (ridge/street); front facade constructed in fine brickwork is terminated with a moulded cornice and has stone bands on the storey and relieving arches with blocks of natural stone; in the front facade rod wall anchors, a cellar hatch, a door with glazing bars and curved mullion, and (since restoration in 1977-1978) 12- and 15-pane sash windows; in the interior during restoration an interior shop front was installed from a building on the Lange Delft destroyed in the war. Stoep. Heerenstraat 41: Originally built as DWELLING (17th-18th century), later converted to warehouse and restored to dwelling during restoration in 1977-1978, four-window-axis wide building with storey below covered with Dutch tile gabled roof (ridge/street); the front facade constructed in fine brickwork is terminated by a moulded cornice and has stone bands on the storey and blocks of natural stone in the relieving arches; in the front facade rod wall anchors and since restoration a door with glazing bars and 21-, 24- and 35-pane sash windows.
