KANTONGERECHT. In XVIIc gebouwd als herenhuis. Acht traveeën brede pilastergevel, met brede kroonlijst; de gemetselde pilasters van Jonische orde gezet op zandstenen plint. In het midden boven de lijst een verhoogd gedeelte ter breedte van twee traveeen, met voluutvormige vleugelstukken en een door korintische pilasters gedragen driehoekig fronton. Boven de vensters opgenomen festoenen en in het fronton twee meerminnen en een oeil de boeuf. Zadeldak met zijtrapgevels. Gebeeldhouwde zandstenen deuromlijsting. Inwendig: dubbele portaalboog met korintische kapitelen en gesneden houten zwik- en boogvullingen. Trap met gesneden balusters, XVIIIa. Kamer links: lijstwerk, eenvoudig stucplafond Lod.XV, schoorsteenomlijsting en vaste spiegel, XVIIId. Kamer rechts: eenvoudig stucplafond, damtafeltje, spiegel en schoorsteenomlijsting, XVIIId.

Description
CANTONAL COURT. Built in the 17th century as a gentleman's house. Eight-bay-wide pilaster facade, with broad cornice; the brick pilasters of Ionic order set on a sandstone plinth. In the middle above the cornice a raised section the width of two bays, with volute-shaped wings and a triangular pediment carried by Corinthian pilasters. Above the windows festoons incorporated and in the pediment two mermaids and an oeil de boeuf. Gabled roof with side stepped gables. Sculptured sandstone door surround. Internally: double portal arch with Corinthian capitals and carved wooden spandrel and arch fillings. Staircase with carved balusters, first half of the 18th century. Room on the left: wainscoting, simple stucco ceiling Louis XV, fireplace surround and fixed mirror, second half of the 18th century. Room on the right: simple stucco ceiling, small gaming table, mirror and fireplace surround, second half of the 18th century.
