Omschrijving
Herv. Kerk en Kerkhof. Op terprest gelegen kerkje, van zeer hoge ouderdom, aan de noordzijde nog deels uit tufsteen bestaande, in de vroege 14e eeuw opnieuw in de 15e- 16e eeuw vergroot en gewijzigd. Toren uit 1843. In de kerk twee overhuifde banken, resp. 1661 en 1826, 17e eeuws gedenkbord ter herinnering aan de gevallenen in de slag bij Boxum van 1586. Onder de vloer twee rijk gebeeldhouwde zerken XVI, en een priesterzerk 1513. In een orgelkas van Jan Harmens Camp uit 1675 plaatste L. van Dam in 1798 een nieuw instrument met gebruikmaking van Harmens-pijpwerk. Mechanisch smeedijzeren torenuurwerk, 17e eeuw, is buiten gebruik gesteld.

Description
Reformed Church and Churchyard. Small church situated on a terpen, of very great age, on the north side still partly consisting of tufa stone, enlarged again and altered in the early 14th century in the 15th-16th century. Tower from 1843. In the church two canopied benches, respectively 1661 and 1826, 17th-century memorial board in remembrance of those fallen in the battle of Boxum of 1586. Under the floor two richly sculptured gravestones 16th century, and a priest's gravestone 1513. In an organ case by Jan Harmens Camp from 1675 L. van Dam placed in 1798 a new instrument using Harmens pipework. Mechanical wrought iron tower clock, 17th century, is out of use.
