Omschrijving
Herv. Kerk. op kerkhof. Rechtgesloten eenbeukig bakstenen kerkgebouw met in het uitwendige de kenmerken van de 13e eeuwse Groninger Romano-gotiek: rondbogig gesloten nissen met vlechtwerk ter weerszijden van de (latere vergrote) vensters en klimmende nissen in de oostelijke topgevel. Westgevel nieuw. In de kerk eind 18e-vroeg 19e eeuws meubilair: Preekstoel met achterschot en klankbord, avondmaalstafel, twee banken met spijltjes, friezen en vaasvormige knoppen; eenvoudige banken. Twee 17e eeuwse zerken. In kas uit begin 20e eeuw een midden 18e eeuws instrument. Klokkenstoel met klok van J. Borchhardt, 1777, diam. 59 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk Van Deutgen, Groningen, 1879.

Description
Reformed Church on churchyard. Rectangular-closed single-aisle brick church building with, externally, the characteristics of 13th-century Groningen Romanesque-Gothic: round-arched closed niches with lattice-work on either side of the (later enlarged) windows and climbing niches in the eastern gable. West gable new. In the church late 18th-early 19th-century furnishings: Pulpit with backboard and sounding board, communion table, two benches with spindles, friezes and vase-shaped knobs; simple benches. Two 17th-century gravestones. In a case from the early 20th century a mid-18th-century instrument. Bell-frame with bell by J. Borchhardt, 1777, diam. 59 cm. Mechanical tower clock by Van Deutgen, Groningen, 1879.
