Huis met lijstgevel, eerste helft achttiende eeuw. Kozijnen van Naamse steen, waaruit de kruisen, resp. middenstijlen verdwenen zijn. Horizontale en verticale reliefbanden en horizontale profiellijsten. Pui modern.
