Omschrijving
Sint Janskerk, voormalige parochiekerk, thans Hervormde Kerk. De kerk bestaat uit een toren, waarvan de 14e eeuwse onderbouw na 1373 verhoogd is, waarna in de 15e eeuw een achtkant is gebouwd; een driebeukige basilicaal schip uit het einde van de 14e eeuw; een midden 15e eeuws koor met zijkapel en sacristie en ten noorden van de toren een 16e eeuwse kapel. Lodewijk XVI-preekstoel. Grafmonumenten en zerken. Muurschilderingen. Orgelkas in 1806 gemaakt door J. Binvignat, alsmede enige bewaard gebleven registers. Klokkenstoel met klok van Joh. en Jos. Saint John's Church, former parish church, now Reformed Church. The church comprises a tower, of which the fourteenth-century lower structure was heightened after 1373, followed in the fifteenth century by an octagonal construction; a three-aisle basilica nave from the late fourteenth century; a mid-fifteenth-century choir with side chapel and sacristy and to the north of the tower a sixteenth-century chapel. Louis XVI pulpit. Funeral monuments and gravestones. Wall paintings. Organ case made in 1806 by J. Binvignat, together with some preserved registers. Bell frame with bell by Joh. and Jos.
