Huis met lijstgevel, voorzien van segmentboogvensters in Naamse steen en paneelwerk onder de benedenvensters. Segmentboogingang in een geprofileerde omlijsting met schildje. Er boven een gevelsteen met zwaan 17 IN DEN SWAEN 74. Hoekblokken. Achtergevel met omblokte segmentboogvensters en een ingang met segmentboogbovenlicht in Naamse steen. Aan de Eksterstraat een afgeknotte topgevel met segmentboogvensters in Naamse steen. Inwendig schoorsteenmantels in Lodewijk XV-stijl en neoclassicistisch.
