Omschrijving
Onder de Jeker gebouwd HUIS, door een latere aanbouw met open plaats verbonden met Achter de Oude Minderbroeders. Voorgevel met in- en uitgezwenkte top in de trant der zogenaamde Maaslandse renaissance. Kruisvensters met geblokte penanten. Rondbogige zoldervensters. Boven de pui een profiellijst onder drie vlakgehakte cartouches en een herplaatste gevelsteen met een ridder. Rondbogige ingang met jaartal 1650 en bovenlicht. Onder de zoldervensters een afgehakt hoofdgestel. Links een lage zijvleugel in dezelfde trant, waarvan het haaks op de hoofdvleugel gerichte zadeldak wordt afgesloten door een kleine in- en uitgezwenkte topgevel. De achtergevel van de hoofdvleugel vertoont hetzelfde type als de voorgevel doch met houten kruiskozijnen onder ontlastingsboogjes. Gaaf trigliefenfries. De verbindingsvleugel naar de latere achterbouw, aan de zijde van het hoofdgebouw voorzien van een gegolfde topgevel met kleine aanzetvoluten, vertoont dezelfde bouwtrant: hoekblokken, en hoofdgestel met consoles en een trigliefenfries. Inwendig een schouw met bladkapitelen en -basementen.

Description
HOUSE built under the Jeker, connected by a later extension with open space to Achter de Oude Minderbroeders. Front facade with inward and outward curving top in the manner of the so-called Meuse Valley renaissance. Cross windows with blocked sides. Round arch floor windows. Above the shop window a moulded profile below three roughly worked cartouches and a reset facade stone with a knight. Round arch entrance with date 1650 and fanlight. Below the floor windows a worked main beam. On the left a low side wing in the same manner, of which the saddle roof at right angles to the main wing is closed by a small inward and outward curving gable. The back facade of the main wing shows the same type as the front facade but with wooden cross windows below relieving arches. Intact triglyph frieze. The connecting wing to the later rear extension, on the side of the main building furnished with a undulating gable with small corner volutes, shows the same construction type: corner blocks, and main beam with consoles and a triglyph frieze. Internally a chimney with leaf capitals and bases.
