Huis met lijstgevel, voorzien van hardstenen kozijnen waaruit de kruisen, resp. middenstijlen verdwenen zijn. Horizontale profiellijsten, geblokte dammen en verticale benedenwaarts uitgebogen reliefbanden. Gevelsteen 1724. Ingang met aangekoppeld gewijzigd venster in hardsteen. Dakkapel.

House with cornice-topped facade, furnished with ashlar frames from which the crosses, respectively mullions have disappeared. Horizontal moulded profiles, blocked mullions and vertical downward curving relief bands. Facade stone 1724. Entrance with adjoining altered window in ashlar. Roof dormer.
