Hoekhuis met gevel in de trant der zgn. Maaslandse renaissance, XVIIb, eindigend in een hoofdgestel met consoles. Gevelsteen met een zwart schaap op goud. Vensterkruisen en middenstijlen uitgebroken. Pui modern. Zijgevel aan de Mariastraat eveneens met hoofdgestel met consoles, dichtgemetselde kruisvensters en oorspronkelijk vijf tweelichtvensters.

Corner house with facade in the style of the so-called Maasland renaissance, second half of the 17th century, ending in a cornice with consoles. Facade stone with a black sheep on gold. Window crosses and centre mullions broken out. Modern shop front. Side facade on the Mariastraat likewise with cornice with consoles, bricked-up cross windows and originally five two-light windows.
