Huis met een voorgevel van hardsteen, eindigend in een hoofdgestel met consoles. Op de ingangslatei Anno 1612 Di. Onder de kruiskozijnen van de eerste verdieping gebeeldhouwde festoenen, onder tweelichtvensters draperieen. Aan weerskanten van de ingang overstekende uitstalkasten, evenals het bovenlicht XIX A. Dakkapel met gebogen bekroning. Inwendig een Lodewijk XV-schoorsteenmantel met familiewapen.

House with a front facade of ashlar, ending in a head-piece with consoles. On the entrance lintel Anno 1612 Di.
