Huis met voorgevel in de trant der zgn. Maaslandse renaissance. Vensterkruisen uitgebroken. Op de bovenverdieping hardstenen tweelichtkozijnen. Hoofdgestel verdwenen. Geprofileerde ingangsomlijsting met Lodewijk XV-cartouche.
